COVID-19 UPDATE (2021)

Our new studio guidelines as well as the current status of our appointment rebookings are available below.

SAFETY PROTOCOLS & GUIDELINES

We are taking extra precautions to ensure our studio remains a safe space for our clients and artists.

• All clients will be required to wear a mask for the duration of the appointment which will be provided by our studio.

• Bring only essential items (phone, wallet, keys, etc.) to the appointment as we are limiting our bag storage.

• Arrive alone to the appointment, our waiting room is closed and family members/friends will not be able to sit in during the appointment.

• If you are experiencing cold/flu-like symptoms or have been in contact with an individual who has tested positive for COVID-19 please contact the studio immediately. If you arrive at the studio feeling unwell and with symptoms your appointment will be cancelled and cancellation fees will be applied.

• We have temporarily suspended all LIP BLUSH appointments due to the nature of the technique.

REBOOKING STATUS

We want to thank all of our clients for their patience during the rebooking process. Due to the studio’s extended closure, wait periods for appointments will be longer than average. If you are a returning client and would like to schedule a touch up appointment please contact us directly. Our online bookings for new clientele will reopen in September 2021 and can be booked through the online booking system.

You may view the status of your appointment below. All appointments are being contacted in a timely and chronological manner. Please check your spam/trash folders in your email if you see that your artist’s status is listed as ‘contacted’ but you did not receive any emails from our studio. Waitlisted clients will only be contacted after all of the artist’s appointments affected by the studio closure are rescheduled.
