RESULTS DISCLAIMER

We provide the highest level of expertise and dedication, but final results are influenced by factors beyond our control, such as individual skin healing and aftercare. Due to these variables, Hoi Tattoo does not guarantee healed results.

Additional touch-ups may be necessary to achieve your desired look. For brows, cosmetic products may still be required for optimal results. We do not offer refunds on any services.

CORRECTIVE WORK POLICY

We accept clients with previous brow tattoos done by other providers; however, a BrowTone treatment or removal session will be required before booking a new Nano Brow appointment. You can schedule your BrowTone or removal appointment through the following link: https://www.skyns.ca/book-appointment. Please note that if you book a Nano Brow appointment without this prerequisite, your deposit will not be refunded.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Due to high demand, all appointments require a 50% non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Deposits can be transferred to a rescheduled appointment with a minimum of 72 hours’ notice and will be deducted from the final service cost.

CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY

We ask for at least 72 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Appointments rescheduled or canceled with less than 72 hours' notice will incur a fee of at least $100 or 50% of your appointment cost. Deposits are non-refundable and forfeited under these circumstances.

If you’re running late or cannot attend, please notify us as soon as possible. Clients arriving 15+ minutes late may lose their deposit and need to rebook with a new deposit.

CANCELLATION WITHIN 24 HOURS

Appointments canceled within 24 hours are subject to forfeiture of the deposit and an additional rebooking fee (50% of the missed appointment cost). The fee and a new deposit are required to reschedule.

MISSED & NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS

Failure to attend an appointment without notice will result in forfeiture of the deposit. A rebooking fee (50% of the missed appointment) and a new deposit are required to schedule a new session.

PROCEDURE REFUSAL

We prioritize client safety and may decline services if we deem a client unfit for tattooing. This includes individuals who are pregnant or breastfeeding.

TRAVEL & GUEST APPEARANCES

Hoi Tattoo offers services at select industry events and guest appearances. Touch-ups following these appointments are generally conducted at our studio in Calgary, Canada. For future appointments, please plan accordingly.

PRICING

Prices are subject to change and may vary based on location and event circumstances. Online rates are estimates; final pricing is confirmed during consultation.

PAYMENT

We accept cash and major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex). Debit cards are not accepted.

REFUNDS

All services provided by Hoi Tattoo are non-refundable.
