First-Time Luxury Nano Brows
Consultation Required | $150
All new Luxury Nano Brow clients begin with a personalized consultation. This allows us to design your brows with intention and ensure your skin is suitable for the Nano technique.
During your consultation, we will assess your skin, review any previous tattooing, discuss your lifestyle and goals, custom design your shape, and select pigment. A tailored treatment plan will then be created for you.
If suitable, your Luxury Nano appointment will be scheduled following your consultation. In some cases, BrowTone or removal may be recommended first.

Green boxes indicate open slots. If only grey boxes appear, appointments are fully booked until the next release.
New Appointment Releases
New consultation slots open on the 8th of each month at 8:00 PM MT.
Booking Process
All consultations are first-come, first-served and must be booked online.
Deposit
A non-refundable $150 consultation fee is required to reserve your appointment.
Previous Cosmetic Tattooing
Clients with previous brow tattoos are welcome. BrowTone or removal may be required prior to booking your Luxury Nano appointment.

BOOKING YOUR TOUCH-UP APPOINTMENT (RETURNING CLIENTS ONLY)
Contact Us: To schedule your touch-up, please email info@hoitattoo.com.
Timing: Annual touch-ups are available 9 months or later from your last session to avoid skin sensitivity. Unsure if a touch-up is needed? Email us photos for guidance.
PRE-APPOINTMENT AND AFTERCARE
Care Instructions: Review our pre-appointment and aftercare guidelines on the website to ensure the best results. Failure to follow pre-care instructions may require rescheduling and an additional fee.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please review our Terms & Conditions carefully. By booking with us, you agree to these terms.
DEPOSIT
A non-refundable $200.00 deposit (+5% tax) is required to secure your appointment, payable by credit card (Visa/MC/Amex). The remaining balance is due on the day of your cosmetic tattoo appointment.
APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
Your appointment time may vary slightly. A final confirmation email will be sent with your confirmed date and time.
CANCELLATIONS
72 Hours’ Notice: Appointments rescheduled or canceled within 72 hours of the appointment date will incur a $100 cancellation fee for the rescheduled appointment.
24 Hours or Less: For appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, the deposit is forfeited (first sessions), or 50% of the session fee will be charged to the credit card on file (second sessions and touch-ups).
MISSED APPOINTMENTS
First Session No-Shows: Deposit is forfeited, and clients must rebook online with a new deposit.
Missed Touch-Ups: 50% of the session fee will be charged.
